1) После цитаты жмёшь Enter, перевод на новую строку не происходит. После двух Enter мышкой можно переставить курсор на новую строку. 2) Видно что есть новое сообщение в теме, которая обсуждалась. Заходим туда, а их нет. Обновление страница помогает.

Забыл совсем. Выбирать уже не будем. В комментах и личке возвращён на место стандартный редактор с BB-кодами. Потому как оба опробованные визивиги LiveEditor и TinyMCE - глючат каждый по своему. До лучших времён, пока их до ума не доведут.
