Тыкнули в двери бумажку, в которой пишут, что согласно решения горсовета нужно зарегистрировать мою собаку в КП "Спецсервис - Кременчук". Наверное сволочные соседи накапали, ну да это неважно.
Кто-нибудь знает, что это за регистрация и чем оно грозит пользователю?

Да нет, я думал это очередное безумие властей по выкачке денег. Есть у тебя собака дома - плати налог или +% к комунальным услугам. Умерла собачка - предоставь акт о смерти, а то не поверим и оштрафуем
