Такого понятия, как "концепция управления в государстве" попросту нет. Это плод чьей-то фантазии. Есть форма правления, форма административно-териториального устройства, вид политического режима. А концепции нет. Разве что в монографиях политологов что-то такое есть.
И во-вторых. ВНимательно изучите действующее законодательство касательно референдумов. КУ, Закон України "Про всеукраїнський та місцеві референдуми" - и Вы поймете как заблуждаетесь
Это уже есть затрудняющий момент... Кто славяне ? А как тем, кто не есть славяне, но живут рядом ? Неточность однако... Для объединения решения наших общих задач необходимо выработать новые принципы мышления, управления ( тандем, политандем ). И, естественно, обозначить вышеупомянутые цели.
Oazis, а можно по подробнее, что подразумеваете под фразой "объединяться". Что конкретно вы предлагаете и какова дальнейшая судьба объединившихся. Желательно по пунктам и со сносками. А то неизвестно, что вы предлагаете и куда собираетесь вести )))
Serzh_G, когда возникают такие темы и ТС потом пропадает, мне лично вспоминается анекдот. "Когда лось бегал по лесу и агитировал всех на спорт, бросать пить и курить. И так удачно у него получалось, что все кроме зайца бросают курить, пить, бегают и занимаются спортом. И когда зайца спросили почему он не присоединился к лосю - "Да ну его нафиг, он когда накурится постоянно так гонит, попустит и утром про все забудет.""
