Может не в том разделе, но прошу подсказки. Вчера в моём доме потекла крыша Пятый этаж, но с тех этажом. Короче надо дырки залатывать , которые латали 4 года назад (специалисты). Жек , мягко говоря, морозится. Куда обращаться? Не бить же всем лицо?????
Оцените ущерб, предъявите претензии житлорембудсервису, будут морозиться-иск в суд о возмещении материального ущерба. Типовых заяв с подобными исками в нете валом или попросите кого то помочь составить иск, если нет денег на профессионального юриста.
Ну в понедельник-вторник приедет какой то умный человек, посмотрит крышу, и должны сказать когда делать будут. А крышу ремонтировали 4 года назад. Соседка говорит была та же проблема
Расказую продолжение. Значит в пятницу пришёл "Визит" вечером показали по ТВ. В понедельник начали делать крышу. А до этого все ныли, что ни денег нету, ни времени. Вот как то оно так
ЖЕК собирается менять холодной и горячей воды трубы стояка в нашем подъезде, с пятого по первый включительно. Соседи развели панику. Чем действительно это грозит жильцу, чтобы паниковать? Соглашаться?
Дом панельный. И стояк находится в коридоре за фанерной доской, т.е., кто не заделывал снять возможно, но некоторые заклеели обоями, заколотили...

Когда сгниёт труба в перекрытии, тогда уже будет поздно думать. Внеплановый ремонт квартиры обеспечен. Стояки менять желательно всем сразу. Это самый лучшый вариант.
