Думаю не нужная, дебилов она не пугает, а мне лично - глаз режет.
Ну можно ещё в месте самоубийств по неосторожности - оставлять на деревьях скелеты умерших, но это как-то не эстетично. Оружие там вешать как-то не правильно :)
Что-то непонятно, к чему тема скатывается. Считаете, что эта тема безопасности поведения с огнестрельным оружием неуместна? Народ, есть что-то по теме, говорите. Не заставляйте чистить тему от мусора.
