Еще зарисовочка.Белорусы и Европа. Как житель далекой белорусской деревни отправляет дочку 16 лет одну по программе обмена в Ирландию или Италию ( типа ребенок пострадал от чернобыля - оздоровиться )? Отвозит паспорт и приглашение - через время получает визу и поехали , погостили месяцок - два и домой. А теперь представте ту-же задачу в наших реалиях. Только список документов не на одну страницу. Европа прагматична - белорусы не валят из страны любыми правдами и неправдами во все стороны мира на зароботки и т.д. и т.п. поэтому и требования минимальны.
