Я, например, очень хотела бросить курить. Специально пошла купить эту книгу. До последних страниц не верила, что получится даже на день. (НЕ буду раскрывать секрет моей последней сигареты). Но сработало. И я оооочень горда собой!!!. Я любопытна, я эксперементатор, мне было так интересно , что за книжечка такая, что даже доктор Комаровский курить перестал. Но сначала желание бросить курить появилось от стыда перед своими карапузами. (какой пример подаю и какой запах от меня идет после очередной сигаретки).

А у меня все было по другому. Прокурив много лет, пришла к выводы что это мне не надо. Что это, всего лишь психологическая зависимость. Бросила курить в один день. Не курю уже 6 лет. Сейчас дым вообще не переношу... И главное поверьте в себя! А не тому что люди толстеют...становятся нервными. Все это чушь! Жизнь наоборот наладиться, после того как вы бросите курить
Как говорит один мой друг: "Курить я буду, но пить не брошу" Может бросить только тот, кто хочет это сделать. А в чудо-книги я как-то не очень верю, если нет желания - фиг что поможет.
Книга помогает, 100%. Начала читать по совету Воланда. С первых разделов очень сомневалась, действие почувствовала где-то с 50 страницы. Вес стабильный абсолютно, насчет того, что стала лучше себя чувствовать - особых перемен не замечаю, одышки, кашля и прочего не было, особого неприятия дыма тоже нет. Сейчас вот скачала в мп3, склоняю мужа курильщика послушать, но имхо мне кажется лучше читать, ну это кто как воспринимает инфу. ЗЫ кстати начинала читать несколько раз, но потом все время откладывала - так как чувствовала, что действует и боялась бросить. Что в этом все-таки есть, одним словом, рекомендую!
