Сил нет, несколько дней не могу заснуть нифига, аки зомби уже хожу. :wacko:
Может знает кто какой-нить "бабушкин" рецепт, поделитесь. Лекарства (любые) не приемлю, поэтому снотворное не предлагать... :cool:

Спасибо всем за советы. Как я понял, единственное средство от бессоницы, окромя лекарств - это алкоголь. ;)

Алкоголь-не единственное, но пожалуй, самое эффективное! Тебе на свежий воздух надо и работы побольше физической-будешь мечтать о том как доползти до кровати и обнять любимую подушечку! ;)
