Я не знаю як таке можна взагалі , але тут мова про утворене міськвиконкомом мале колективне підприємство "Візит" зі статутним капіталом 100 гривень - адвокат Ульянов тут немає помилки. Рішенням суду ПТК Візит не скасовано. Рішення мерії - інша справа Але маю сказати, що це рога і копита. За законом немає такої форми підприємство " мале колективне" . У Кременчуці - є.
До речі - пане адвокат. Чого ото говорити Візит чи не Візит. Розрахунки за кабельне телебачення проходять через підприємство "Візит сервіс". Це не Візит. Візит - це приміщення газети "Програми плюс" , де сидять журналісти газети.
Ех хлопці - сильно хочеться газету штурмом взять? Можете і так прийти - попатякаємо. Я всіх люблю і у мене всі друзі
