По поводу строителей какой у Вас был сними договор. Те кто Вам делал фасад заменили короткий отлив на длинный который накрыл пенопласт, пенят установщики окон. Да шнур Должны ложить и на бока клеить спец поролон который прижимается к откосам, но лучше пропенить изнутри и снаружи пистолетом и при условии качественного профиля незамечать плохую погоду Лучше всего читать договор и условия гарантии

Самое главное, что бы у этих установщиков был допуск (разрешение- полученное фирмой производителем) по установке,- фирмы производителя самих окон. Ибо если такового нет- то и гарантии Вам не видать...
был у меня когда то случай... вот и пришлось вникнуть в нюансы!
