Для разнообразия сходить в консоль устройств воспроизведения и поставить "отключено" на все лишние устройства (hdmi там, spdif), чтоб осталось только основное. Попутно в свойствах основного устройства аудиовывода поставить формат 16 бит 44100 Гц (потом можно вернуть 24/48000). Если звук пропадает общесистемно - обратить внимание, не появляется ли в микшере галка приглушения и не падает ли общесистемная громкость в ноль. Качнуть с сайта производителя ноута свежие аудиодрайвера и установить их. Случайно не используется ASIO аудиовывод в каком-либо музплейере (ну всякое бывает у любителей музыки). И ещё одно. Если звук пропадает общесистемно, то в момент пропадания воткнуть в ноут наушники на предмет появится ли звук, возможно окисел/неконтакт на замыкающей паре контактов разъёма.

Звук не зявляється ні в навушника, ні в колонках.

ViewPoint, де ж ви були раніше? Сьогодні віддав апарат для усунення недоліків. обіцяли перевстановити вінду, почистити і багато чого - обіцяли що жити і працювати буде. Подивимось. Але вашу пораду я на замітку взяв. На всякий випадок
