Ну вот...а как-же обмен опытом ? Такая информация нужна (имхо)
Нужна, никто не спорит. Вопрос в том, что свои ошибки подаются под соусом, что "виноваты не мы, а кто-то там", например квартира, стены там, пол, потолок, окна и т.п.
avan?, с кем проводить? владельцы выехали в Киев, ищи-свищи, да я уже сказала, 20 грн, не та сумма, из-за которой нужно всех на уши ставить. При купле - продаже они все документы предоставили, долгов нет, но в жеке не числится, что люди должны штраф платить. По жеку и остальной коммуналке нам все бумажки были предоставлены, и, насколько я знаю, нотариусы не бегают по налоговым и не уточняют, есть ли штрафы на квартирах. Вот вы всё знаете о купле-продаже, подводных камнях, что и как правильно сделать? А мы так вообще первый раз покупали квартиру, всего учесть и предусмотреть невозможно. И вообще, об чём спор, я вам про саму систему и про людей, что никому ничего не надо, сами по незнанию влезли, сами и разбирайтесь.
