Speedy, пробовала не замораживать, но фрукты на мусс (малина, клубника, ежевика) увы, не сохраняются зимой! А готовить мусс из консервации - это, извините, как послушать что такое оргазм, не испытав самому...
Sarabi, а зачем ягоды в микроволновке размораживать? нет ну честно, хочу узнать. Если заморозка рекомендуется шоковая, то размораживать продукт, не предназначенный для тепловой обработки, надо, напротив, постепенно. Чтобы украсить торт, мороженое или приготовить желе, необходимы целые ягоды, а не каша из них. Для этого поместите замороженный брикет на нижнюю полку холодильника на несколько часов - тогда ягоды или фрукты не потеряют цвет, форму и вкус. Когда они оттают, постарайтесь использовать их как можно скорее.
Speedy, даю справку - для мусса нужна именно шоковая разморозка, так как он потом проходит тепловую обработку. А для торта или десерта из свежих фруктов действительно лучше размораживать, постепенно повышая температуру. И для "теплых" коктейлей лучше шоковая разморозка. А так как я готовить люблю и извините за нескромность, умею, мне просто необходима такая вещь, как хорошая микроволновка! А Вы пробовали какао, приготовленное в микроволновке? Очень даже вкуснятина!
