jenyok, читай наше законодательство об интеллектуальной собственности и авторских правах, а всё остальное в мире - аналогия ( или наше - аналогия), мало, чем отличающееся от того, что есть в мире, т.к. законодательство Украины должно отвечать европейским стандартам. Могут быть особенности, но не думаю, что они существенны.

Нарушаю ли я украинское законодательство, размещая ссылки на ресурсы, где можно скачать нелицензионный софт или пиратское видео? :)
jenyok, подход один и тот же. Дело в том, что в Украине прецеденты а этом направлении практически отсутствуют. Несмотря на обилие приведённых Кузнецовой нормативных актов, серъёзной законодательной базы об интернете нет. Поэтому привлечь к ответственности пользователя практически невозможно.
