Полностью согласна - сушу эту дыню, сушу... А муж присядет и как за спину кинет! К стати, очень вкусные бананы , крыжовник и ананас .......................

Да нормально отмывается! Мою обычным моющим ср-вом, можно и просто споласкивать уксусным р-ром
Первый блин комом. Решил засушить сливы. Желтые крупные, полное дерево, все съесть не успеваем. По рецептам, самая сложная сушка и сразу в кипятке с содой (5 г на литр воды) окунуть и в холодной воде охладить (дабы разрушить восковую решетку) потом сушки 3 при разных температурах, с остыванием. Не получилось. Слива не высохла. Сушил целые плоды с косточкой. Кто знаком с технологией сушки слив, плииз поделитесь. И раз уж первый блин комом, то для второго кто как сушит абрикосы? Половинки, Целиком, время температура?

абрикосы половинками(без косточек), температура 50-58 градусов, время... смотрел по степени высушенности фруктов...не засекал. Тем более сейчас и так жара
Sarabi. Вопрос- вспомнила что моя сушка простаивает. С этим ремонтом я ею так и не набалувалась (((. Поэтому усиленно заморажываю- так быстрее и проще...Надеюсь успею поймать уходящий поезд.. Как вы режете дыню чтобы посушить и есть ли какой -то сорт , чтобы был проверен . Спасибо заранее. и еще - яблоки вы сушите тоненькими колечками или можно кусочками.. охота сделать ябюлочных чипсов на зиму.. В магазине подобное удовольствие очень дорого...
