А дочка? Права собственности они при прописке не получат-но вот выгнать из квартиры -если маме с ребенком захочется прийти пожить пару недель-вряд ли. Юристы могут поправить, но как то у меня такая информация сидит в голове.

В целом, верно. Была у нас в городе одна история, когда продали квартиру, а в ней была прописана женщина с ребенком(до 3 лет). И выселить ее даже в судебном порядке нельзя было т.к. отсутствовало у них другое жилье.
Вообще, прописывать либо-кого, кроме членов Вашей семьи, проживающих в квартире, я бы не рекомендовал.
Как вариант -есть понятие "временной регистрации" если подругу устроит такая(есть ограничения)+ взять залог (если чел не захочет выписаться- выпишите квартиранта за его деньги).
Это правда, что с 1 августа нотариусы приостанавливают с квартирными агенствами переоформление покупки-продажи недвижемости! Что у нотариуса невозможно будет переоформить квартиру???
Подскажите пожалуйста,такая ситуация: Наша бабушка(мама мужа)приобрела НЕприватизированный участок с домом(дачу),у натариуса не оформляла,получила у главы кооператива книгу собственника на участок.Вопрос-если что случись с бабушкой ее дети будут иметь право собственности на этот участок с домом(дачу)или она "отойдет"кооперативу?заранее спасибо!
