Суточный кефир из гриба - и будет очень послабляющий эффект.
Кефир двух суток - не будет никакого эффекта.
Более трех суток - закрепляющий эффект.

Ну вот, сегодня испекла хлебушек с изюмом, курагой и орешками кешью.
Сделала из топленого молока ряженку с грибом кефирным. Такая вкуснятина! Просто бомба полезного действия!

Итак, кто первый - тот и молодец!
Маман сказала, что чайной ложечки грибочка хватит на поллитровую баночку молока, потом он уже будет дальше расти...
Так что если есть желающие на ложечку грибка - завтра могу.
